THE KENTUCKY DERBY!
Hello, World!
It's Derby time in Kentucky, and scores of visitors will be in town to celebrate the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby at Churchhill Downs. The first Saturday in May is only once a year, so if you are in town before or after The Race of the Roses, I have a wonderful tour to explore Louisville, Kentucky.
Did you know that Old Louisville, Kentucky, has the highest concentration of restored Victorian homes in the US, according to a Business Insider article from September 10, 2019?
If you're interested in seeing these homes, I have the perfect tour for you!
Old Louisville Walking Tour

I took this tour last September from Viator when I visited my Old Kentucky Home. The Old Louisville Walking Tour transported me back in time. You will discover the history of Louisville during an immersive walking tour through the historic center. My guide was fantastic, and she provided stories of wealthy titans who roamed the streets and a few modern-day celebrities from the area, too!. You will explore sights, including St. James Court, Ormsby Avenue, Floral Terrace, and Millionaires Row. Oh...and of course, you can admire the Victorian architecture throughout the neighborhood.
You can use the personal link I provided to receive a 20% discount on your tour. I hope you enjoy your Mint Julep and have a piece of Derby Pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for me!
Happy travels… Tani 😊
